Discover the flavors of Ecuador with Ecuadorian Chefs, Ronny Jaramillo, Adrian Castillo and Adrian Carrera.

Optional cocktail pairing includes a mixture of curated alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and will be equal to having 3 cocktails. Optional wine pairing will be the equivalent of 3 glasses of wine. A la carte beverages will be available for purchase as well.

Welcome Cocktail | Canelazo (Ecuadorian hot cocktail) lulo, sugar cane spirit, Ecuadorian Cinnamon

Course 1 | Locro ( Quechua for hearty soup ) | Classic mountain northern soup, potato, farmer’s cheese, avocado

Course 2 | Mote Pillo | Scrambled eggs, Ecuadorian hominy, achiote, leeks, cumin

Course 3 | Ostras | Oysters, citrus, red onions, tomatoes, cilantro

Course 4 | Tigrillo con bistec | Stir fried beef, green plantains, farmer’s cheese

Course 5 | Fritada con papa criolla | Confit and fried pork butt, potatoes, salsa criolla 

Course 6 | Candied Pumpkin | Panela, tree tomato ice cream
