Join us as we celebrate Father’s Day and wrap up Cava Week with our Bar Crudo pop up dinner, featuring many of the classic dishes you know and love. Additional oysters and some old favorites (Escargot! Brazilian Cheese bread!) are available for purchase if you desire.

Course 2 | Ceviche Duo

Bronzino, chiltepin pepper, yuzu, aji amarillo, pickled carrots, causa (GF)

Tuna, fermented soy beans, burnt chile oil (GF)

Course 3 | Gambas

Wild red Argentinian prawns, elephant garlic, lobster jus, parsley

Course 4 | Seafood Paella

Calasparra rice, prawns, calamari, mussels, sweet peas, tarama aioli (GF)

Course 5 | Churros with Chocolate

Housemade churros, cinnamon sugar, dark chocolate ganache
